2 stars: It used to be the best. Now it merely reaches ok. Some groups were I'm admin change themselves to supergroup without touching them. The chat skins only last applied for as long as you use it that time, next time you open it'll be back to default. Lately some image galleries keep appearing and disappearing randomly. A bunch of annoying bugs that are lowering the standard of the app.
2 stars: The reason why I started using this in the first place is because back then you could send raw video/picture uncompressed. Now since recently I just learned that the media I send is being compressed to half the file size and the pixel resolution is lower - completely defeating the total purpose on why I started using this app in the first place. I'm going back to generating links with Drive. Thumbs down!
