5 stars: I love the overall experience with DITO. Easy to navigate. For the network itself, I just don't like that it is hard to call on other networks. It's very rare that I get to connect a phone call in any location, just happens only a few times. I just hope DITO can fix this. Already accumulated 14,200 minutes of calls that I can't actually use.
4 stars: I'm gonna give 4 stars. This app made my transaction advanced and hassle free. It's so easy to register in a promo and promos are affordable and worth it! The connection is superb and not a headache! Thank you! However, my only problem is the calling aspect. I can't call other users as well as other network and they neither. This is only my concern, hope you really fix this soon. This is still important! Thank you so much Dito!
3 stars: The app is easy to use. However with the signal and the way how the data works with the other app. I'm having hard issues. The app keeps updating but the more they update it the more signal isa lowering
2 stars: This app is super confusing. I never know if I have enough Internet load left, even after I've just topped up. UI/UX just seems to be sloppy. Sometimes I'm informed that I have X gigabytes of internet access left, valid for like 1 year. Then some minutes later when I check, it tells me the load is all used up. Confusing AF! The deals themselves are pretty good, and the network performance is ok. But the app's UI/UX just doesn't deliver.
