5 stars: Works perfectly. I can book my classes, and they show up in my calendar. I can queue to fully booked classes and get a notification when a spot is free. (Samsung Galaxy J5)
4 stars: Aesthetically pleasing & easy to use. Sometimes pretty slow, lags & is stuck on loading screen, but most of the time works well. I wish there was an option to get in to the gym with the app, as well as having the ability to view the online/home classes by using the app. Otherwise it's all good.

2 stars: I have literally not been able to access the app now for two days due to the stuck loader. This app has been having tech issues since the redesign a few years back, nonstop issues. It's extremely frustrating and now I literally can't book classes which I'm paying for. I should't have to login in a browser to book glasses when I'm paying for an app. Update: I can't book classes in the browser either... This is ridiculous.
