5 stars: It's brilliant for communication for work and there are so many useful features and everything! Great app all around :) Only improvement I could suggest is if you could make this app compatible with smart watches (or a second version designed for smart watches) so that people could receive messages from their team members on the fly via their smartwatch and save a lot of time, increasing productivity :) That would be super awesome!
4 stars: Really great app, makes it very convenient to chat with my team when I'm on the go. Unfortunately, I don't receive notifications all the time despite having settings to always go to my phone regardless of desktop activity. I wouldn't mind sacrificing some background activity in order to always receive notifications.
4 stars: There is an issue which, I believe, related to Android 13 (Google Pixel 7 Pro). When I receive and follow (push) a notification of a new message received, this new message is not showing in the thread that I was directed, and, to the message, I have to go level up and back. 3 stars: Having a lot of syncing issues for a few months even after cleaning data and cache and relogging in. It seems there's and issue with the workspace notification badge, that makes me think I have messages when I don't, or sometimes I do, but they don't show up on mobile.
