5 stars: Great app and service! A very user-friendly app that keeps you well-informed of every step throughout the process. Drivers are very courteous, and the cars are clean and comfortable. An excellent option in Vancouver!
3 stars: This service can cost very little compared to Taxi, which is why I'll keep using it. BUT, the time displayed is totally off. Lyft displays the time it takes for a driver to get from A to B much less then it actually is. If it tells you your driver is here in 3 minutes, you can expect up to 10 minutes. Same for time it takes to get to your destination. Accuracy is lacking and Lyft would benefit from using Google's system.
2 stars: Typically I'm good with it but it's really annoying that you can't rate drivers who was supposed to arrive in 1-2 minutes but chooses to sit idle waiting for you to cancel and then after wasting your time for 30-45 minutes, they decide to cancel (which is BS when people who arrived after me were requesting and getting their rides within minutes) and you have to call for another ride. I don't have these type of issues with Uber drivers.
