4 stars: Sometimes its easy to connect & sometimes it takes several tries to get connected. I haven't tried using for video calls yet, since I just installed this so fingers crossed that it would cooperate with me!
4 stars: It starts Reconnecting after almost 2 to 3 minutes of talk and then call disconnects. Also some occassions due to connected to bot changer internet will go off.
