5 stars: This is a great app for Islamabad, Pakistan. Most drivers have shifted to this app which means you can find a ride even in the remotest of the area late at night. The fare is convenient. The app layout needs some improvement. Since it lags at times when selecting a ride. Also, whenever a driver sends you a ride request, the app makes a loud ping, and even after putting the phone on silent, the ping remains.
5 stars: It's a good app for costumers and drivers, but lately Indrive letting the unfair mod and bot user driver roam freely almost without consequences in Indonesia. My suggestion is, Suol have to moved this app from the open source platform type. Their autobid mode addition, probably tackling some of those bot user problem, but not entirely. We'll all wait for your solutions, sincerely your loyal user.
4 stars: great app. get it.! sometimes the pick up location is off. best to message the driver if they arrive but are not in sight. better price than UBER, because you can name your price and negotiate.
4 stars: Me and wife are regular users of Careem and Uber (with debit card payment) but are fed up with their par below services and desperately wish to switch to inDrive. The hurdle is that inDrive app still does NOT provide card payment option and hence we are forced to stick with Uber amd careem. Kindly add the card payment option at he earliest.
