4 stars: Edit: reviewing the app seems to have supped some action. Issue resolved now. Original issue: I got my first vaccine via appointment already. But app still says my appointment is OVERDUE. Called customer care multiple times to have it rectified/mark it complete. Either complete disconnect between gheir helpdesk and backend team or they simply don't care
