5 stars: I love the fact that not only do you get to see the selling price but also the final sale price. Another great feature is the notification you receive if a house that you list as a favourite has a change in listing price.
4 stars: I mostly enjoy thr application. I invest into multi family homes and I wish there was better clarity I often have to remove thr number of bedrooms or bathrooms because of listing errors
3 stars: I really liked the flood map part of the app but for the last 3 weeks or so it has not worked. When you select the flood map nothing changes and the street map is still displayed the flood zones are no longer shown. I'd give 5 stars if feature was still present.
