5 stars: I have been using UBER for many years. The app is very accurate. Tells you how many minutes away your driver is, shows his name, the make of the car and license plate numbers. It also shows a map of your trip. Paying, tipping, splitting payment, rating, and messagjng the driver are all included in the app. I feel very safe and comfortable using UBER because of all these features.
5 stars: App is great to use. Uber on the other hand is unreliable if you live in an area with less activity and the drivers cancel or you cannot get anyone. It would help if Uber paid their drivers as an incentive to pick up passengers in less active areas. Also if you do live in a more active area, they hike up the prices when it's busy so Taxi is a better option.

3 stars: Good to have transportation available in places and times it is otherwise hard to find, but the app has always been a bit difficult to use (especially how it works--or doesnt--with large font phone settings). Example: whenever there is text on the screen, the map portion is a sliver and it's tricky figuring out how to push test to the side, expand the map or get back to the map once it has progressed ...
