5 stars: Pretty excellent. Love having so many publications in one spot. Although the app could use more serious Science publications. Hopefully with time. I would also like to see an expansion of the simplified reading ability. Sometimes it doesn't open or function with some newspaper's.
3 stars: It would be better if the app allows users to select a specific word or phrase, which makes it easier to do web search, instead of a whole paragraph. I don't know why the iOS version has such a feature but the android one doesn't.

2 stars: Doesn't utomatically download subscribed issues even with the option enabled. There are no background restrictions on the app settings. Have to force stop several times and then it usually loads it. Many times, pages are blank. Seems like the entire issue doesn't download. Tried to send message to customer service but it hangs up because the captcha button doesn't work so you can't send the message.
