5 stars: So easy to use tells me all the options to my travel and different routes and travel methodsuch better than some other apps I've got plus with mapping I'm assured of getting to where I need to go I especially like the live times feature s so I know when to leave the pub/restraunt on time brilliant app!!!
2 stars: Every time I open the app, I have to wait what feels like 1 minute(10+seconds) for it to load. Look, bus stops don't change a lot over here, much less every time I open the app (which is about 4 time a day) so, just load what you already have cached from the last 3 times I opened the app, and if something mismatched after, just reload it, but don't make me wait for you to confirm that everything is the same as the last 30 times.
