5 stars: Great experience. There are some vendors on the app which advertise false products but I can't fault noon for that. I have come across a few sketchy vendors but all my orders I've made for the past 2 years have been delivered to the exact location at the exact timings. I advise other people to be wary of vendors selling 'premium' products for cheap but otherwise the vendors and ease of use is easy.

3 stars: I feel cheated, yes the things are a bit cheap but once you start putting them into the curt they add a lot of other expenses so it kind of makes it hard if you had fixed cash and nothing else. I'd rather they just put the delivery fee separate so that you can know how to budged with them easily.

2 stars: I have used noon couple of times. The delivery was always on time, very easy to navigate in the app. Good customer service. The only problem I am facing (already 3 times) is that the app is crashing relevantly often and they are not fixing it with days. This time is not available for 2 days. Otherwise I do enjoy using it.
