3 stars: most of times it keeps hanging on splash screen, not working properly
3 stars: Difficult to navigate basic functions like topping-up
2 stars: Since the last update, app now is very disappointing. It keeps on lagging, most of the time you can't view the usage and remaining balance, qitaf points is not appearing anymore also. Please guys kindly fix the problem, there's always a room for improvements. Aja 💪
2 stars: For many months it is still impossible to pay bills over this app. It always says Oops and any card payment will be rejected. Probably developed by oops-developers.
