4 stars: The network sometimes annoys me. The signal indicator is full, but no internet available. It happens more and more often.
4 stars: Totally support and user friendly. I only wish I won SF one if their big prizes. 😬
3 stars: I don't have major issue with the app. But the signal is quite low when I entered a building (this causing the internet speed to drop and sometimes disconnected). And when I'm outside, the signal is high and strong. This issue don't happen with other providers. So I'm assuming there's something wrong with smartfren. I hope this will fixes soon.
3 stars: my internet is stable, but the app is slow to load pages. please fix it.
2 stars: These couple months are the worst performance of smartfren. Lagging and sudden disconnection is daily experiences. Even the application lagging in showing the updated quota usage. No need to put gimmick (say, treasure hunt), in the application. If you still care about your loyal customer, please fix this issue.
