5 stars: Overall good shopping experience. But it's irritating to find that only few products are available as 'Buy now' while most products show 'Notify me' option, which they never do even after clicking it.
4 stars: Good to know new things. Very easy to axis. But there is no comparison. That's only bad thing. And they will not support other brands for exchange.
4 stars: Plz add always on display or ambient display as it is given in other cheaper phones too it should be provided in mi phone ... M using mi note 9 pro Max n I think it would be given in my phone plz do something
3 stars: Not a review - but if you order some thing and it doesn't reach you, and you tried every possible thing to some how reach to customer care but aren't able to reach them, then just come to play store, write a bad review regarding your problem and they will help you by email and that's how I got my refund, at the end of the day app's service can be better, but thank you app store and Mi store for helping me 🙏
3 stars: Very poor service by mi, i bought pad 5 but stylus is not available still, i bought it for educational note down purpose, without Xiaomi pen it is of no use for me.. totally disappointed ☹️
2 stars: Well put together app but kind of pointless. Most items are cheaper on Amazon or at the very least the same price.. the one reason to use the app is to collect the points.... Which are worthless as they tell you after cashing them in for a voucher that they can only...
