5 stars: I have purchased services twice now. One gig is still in progress, but so far, I have been very pleased with the interaction and feedback from the seller. I fully expect that this gig will exceed my expectations. The second gig was a custom request, and the seller gave me exactly what I requested, and then some. I was very pleased with her service and feedback.
4 stars: I love this site and company but some of the desktop features are not available on the app. You can't easily navigate to job requests you have created on the app. That's a major source of frustration. But the ability to access and hire remarkable talent at a reasonable price still outweighs the few issues with the navigation of the apps features.
3 stars: The app seems quite buggy. Most of the time when I open it I just get a white blank screen, and have to reopen it 4 or 5 times to get it to work. Also, not sure why I would leave a tip if I have to pay a $3 service fee. In fact there is no mention of any service fees until payment. Regardless I have had good experiences with contractors and work completed.
3 stars: It doesn't have all of the capabilities of the Web version as is to be expected. The notifications are a bit weird but if you quickly want to have a check on your orders then this is the way to do it! I'm hoping they add more features to it and improve upon the messaging system and notifications!
