5 stars: Fabulous App! Using this as a landline number. The call quality is exceptional over internet or carrier lines, and the cost is a fraction of other similar services. My background is telecoms and this beats every other service hands down. Superb!!

4 stars: I've had 2 instances where the app wasn't working properly and they fixed it both times. I use the app for work purposes so it was very important. Tech support did their job!
