5 stars: After I changed to a new phone, my account can't verify. No reply from help desk. Since I can't verify my account, I can't download or even see my vaccination certificate.
4 stars: App is working well for me. Downloaded it and got my profile and SG vaccination status recorded and reflected in just a few minutes (after more minutes of careful reading and understanding, that is). Still have some kinks here and there but none are showstoppers.
4 stars: At the beginning, I have faced many issues in this app but later on after 6 months, all the issues resolved. Finally, it comes in better updated way! 👍

2 stars: Hi app team, the vaccination status is not reflected correctly if DOB is not updated. It is partially vaccinated until the DOB is updated. Why not have an alert to show people that or put a note under the vaccination status or have that information in help text? Save people from all the trouble to try to figure it out then finally bump into the solution on google instead of getting help from the app itself.
