5 stars: I appreciate all of the opportunities that the universe app offers but the app often crashes and is still very laggy after almost 2 years. Edit 6/17/22: App updated and reorganized. It feels like universe took the users comments to heart and redesigned certain aspects of the app. It's easy to use and does not crash. Thank you!
4 stars: Artists can send voice messages now in private message but we can't save it, please allow save function. Is there no way to copy text because the auto translation sometimes can be bad and need to be externally translated. Please allow to search through FNS and private messages. The app is much better than previous, but it still can be better. Please allow us to get free
2 stars: The app is fine, but streaming any exclusive content if you're in Europe is impossible. Constant loading on even the lowest quality. A very frustrating experience
2 stars: I had a problem with the app when it first first came out but then it was fixed shortly and didn't really have a problem since besides mini lagging issues. But now, it lags a lot more. The private messages do not come with translation like it use to which is unhelpful. Even videos that use to have translation now does not. Fix this please.
