5 stars: As an Uber driver of 3 years, I can say that overall it's a great app and they take good care of their drivers! There are lots of driving opportunities. The app is far from perfect and the GPS is imperfect (yet still quite precise is most situations), but they pay attention to what their customers and drivers want. It can be pricey, but you won't have a problem finding a ride and the right car for what you need!
4 stars: Actually, I love this app. Very fast and useful But I do have a few comments * Sometimes the driver cancels the trip if he does not like the place he is going to. * Sometimes the driver takes a different route than the usual one in order to waste more time and thus take a larger amount. I do not know if it is possible to solve or address these points or not!
3 stars: When I first began using Uber the service was great and I had zero issues with the final price matching the price given at the time of ordering a ride. But as of the last year or so, I'm charged more than the initial price. Uber says I've hit the limit of price adjustments and yoo bad so sad. So I guess they can increase the price after the ride is completed and the passenger has no say.
