5 stars: I really like the app so far. You have to buy premium to get the goods. That said, it pays off. I get structured workouts, stats, custom workouts, a timer that shows me where I should be in the stroke at all times, and a program to advance through. Just what I was looking for.
5 stars: Easy to use rowing app! This offers a very convenient way to program your own workout. Smooth running rowing counter! Highly recommend!
4 stars: Most features need $ which I didn't pay. But as the display has gone on my ergo, really helpful for spm and time x spm type work outs. Like the bar showing where I should be in the stroke and basic HIIT/Tabata options I can set.
3 stars: Pretty decent. I got this for the metronome. The workouts are fine, but a little easy, and there's no way to bypass the first few to get to something harder. And I'd like to be able to set my own workout. But since it's free ... I'll take it 😉
