5 stars: The app is actually fast compare to other Telco apps I've tried. I just hope they will support VoLTE on Android 10 devices or lower as you need to be on Android 11 or up just to be able to use calls over LTE. The signal in BGC is weak and getting No Sevice near St. Lukes, but understandable for new a new telco. Other than that, no complains.
3 stars: Hello to DITO Telecommunications. I really love the App which the UI has improved drastically. But recently, As a gamer and student, I have been seeing Drastic Spikes in Mobile data speed, Example of this is in Pokémon unite were it gone from 3 bars to 1 bar every 30-50 seconds despite the FPS being 30-50. 3 stars: there are only a few promos to choose from, there are areas where the signal is weak, only select devices are working, the call using text is fine, it's okay to buy the load, there is a slight delay in the load coming in, hopefully the next day their service can be improved to increase the number of users and we will not be disappointed
2 stars: This app is super confusing. I never know if I have enough Internet load left, even after I've just topped up. UI/UX just seems to be sloppy. Sometimes I'm informed that I have X gigabytes of internet access left, valid for like 1 year. Then some minutes later when I check, it tells me the load is all used up. Confusing AF!
