5 stars: Awesome! Well done whoever came up with this idea and to the app developer. The app is super easy to use and the service from the little bot was 1st class, right outside my front door, sooner than the estimated time. Takeaway delivery drivers struggle to do that! The best £1 I ever spent, will definitely be using this regularly in the future.
5 stars: Not sure about the longevity of these little guys but initial impressions are great. As they're new to the area, they are in high demand and delivery can take up to 2 hours, okay if you don't want your goodies in a hurry. Ordering is easy on the app and delivery costs are low. I'll be using again but probably only on special occasions like birthdays so the robot can sing. 👍👍 Kids loved it! 😍😍
4 stars: App is a little clunky, however everything else is fine and delivery is prompt. I like the option to select a song when you open the robot.
3 stars: The rating is mainly for the concept (despite my area not being served by the platform). The app, however, is extremely buggy and the UI feels like a battleground... Desperately appears that they've gone for style of substance and form over function.
2 stars: The app is very slow in Finland. I guess one reason are the images that might be with to large resolution for mobile devices. Images should be resized (not scaled) to take less space. Also one fishy detail is that my payments are charged by an Estonian company even if there is a Starship company in Fin...
