5 stars: My subscription runs out next year, but I've been told that I am unable to open my Rhapsody Reader until I upgrade. My subscription is still active but I can't use the app. Update: Thank you so much for resolving things so swiftly. The app is amazing and a great way to get into the Word. Highly recommended. 👍🏼
5 stars: I love the app but recently it keeps freezing then it will crash. I equally tried installing it on another phone and it keeps crashing all the time
4 stars: I still have an active subscription until 1st November 2022 however, I have not been able to use the app since the beginning of July 2022. It is always prompting me to upgrade. I have emailed twice yet no reply and the issue is still not resolved. I have decided to revert to using paper copy and cancel my subscription. I used to enjoy the app but this has put me off the app.
3 stars: Fantastic interface, great content. However, I was cut off my yearly premium subscription with about 6 months left. I did another subscription and still same thing. It keeps asking for payment. Pls fix this.
2 stars: I've been trying to do the monthly subscription for over a month and haven't been able. Tried various cards, including my USD card but to no avail. I recently subscribed for month's subscription (300) but have not yet seen the benefits. I have sent you a mail to his regard. Kindly fix asap
