5 stars: Very nice, it works immediately super well off the shelf
5 stars: After using it for a while I had to port the number to another carrier, but I was charged anyway. I contacted the guys, they did a quick check and I got a refund immeditely. They're really professional, the app continues to be perfect even after you stop using it ;-)
3 stars: Most of the time it just works fine. If your signal is a bit marginal you may well find that calls fail to connect properly, which is annoying. It's easy to call back a customer but that doesn't look quite as professional as we would like. There is also a bit of a weird pause when answering calls which makes the start of the call awkward. It works for us (friendly local business) but is lacking the polish that some might be looking for.
3 stars: Very useful application, but the quality is not there. I bought a Belgian number and the calls to/from Belgium were almost every time having low voice quality. The voice mail was sometimes working, sometimes not, as well I had some dropped calls issues. The app would be great if you could improve the routing.
2 stars: Dropping from 4 stars to 2 stars because the app just sits on loading signal and I have to open chrome and use the OnOff Web client in order to access my calls & texts. App worked fine up until about 3 months ago. Running Android 11 - HD1925. App just stays on startup screen with the circle spinning and never loads login portal.
