5 stars: Can't create an account. It requires a code that's sent by text to your phone, but the text never arrived even after several tries. I contacted support about this issue and they said they were looking into it, but never got back to me after that. Update: Working now. They created an account for me after I followed up again and the app works great
4 stars: I only gave it a four star review due to the fact it kept giving me an error and advising me to update in order for me to setup with my email and eventually just had to settle for setting it up with my Facebook account. The app was up to date I had just downloaded and installed it, I checked for updates and even un-installed it but didn't work. My barber uses it to book his appointments so I basically had no choice.
3 stars: The app is okay. Bare minimum. Please add functionality to alert the user if a spot opens up in any given day between a given time. The place I book is generally fully booked but last minute cancellations always happen. I sometimes want to be able to find that open slot without having to open the app 10 times a day. This would benefit businesses also
3 stars: The issue with this app is the refund with these barbers they never on time or can barely cut hair I'm starting to think this app is a convenient way for them to make money and not care about the service you receive It'sgood for the barber to advertise they work on the app but it's no way to make sure you get good service maybe ...
