5 stars: Almost every time I close the app it logs me out and then prompts me to log back in .. autimatic login would be preferred. Also the ability to turn off or disable the health tracking stuff. I already have samsung health google fit and more .. would be nice to have the option to disable those features / screens Looks like the problems have been resolved in the latest update .. you rock phonak !

4 stars: Old app seemed to work fine, the updated app has only worked a couple of times for me. Very disappointed in the app now as I can't change my hearing aids to any other programs...why? Update:. After the last update, the app has gone back to working as intended. Thanks for that!
2 stars: Very disapointed in latest update. I have had this app for about 8 yrs and liked it a lot. The app auto-updated around July 6, and since then cannot open it using the
2 stars: Very limited with options sitting in a menu rather than touch screen buttons for immediate access. Too finicky to wait for Bluetooth connection. Both my hearing aids are now set on the same program which has allowed me to get more control and it's a big improvement. I have yet to figure out how to delete programs that I have set up but too similar to each other.
