4 stars: It's mostly very excellent! My only issue is that the location and directions for the drivers isn't specific about the location of my specific apartment. I constantly have to guide the drivers on specifically where to go in the apartment complex. Fortunately that's my only issue--the food always shows up on time, in great condition. I love how I have constant access to any restaurants I want.👍
4 stars: The app experience is generally good. Being able to increase tip after delivery would be a nice feature for those who go above and beyond. One thing that really annoys me is the amount of notifications for every little thing. When my order is delivered I get, no kidding, ten notifications across text, email and push and there is no way to tone it back at all. Just tell me when the order is delivered via push and leave it at that.
3 stars: I edited my rating from 5 to 3 stars. The app has some bugs at times that are generally promtly fixed, however, for over a week now my app will crash right in the middle of me looking through menus, or even trying to place an order. It's frustrating to get halfway through a menu for it to crash. I hope this is fixed soon. Otherwise everything is generally very smooth, and customer service is excellet.
