5 stars: Update: was 1 star review, is now 5 stars. I called customer service and they were able to help me confirm my email so I can use the app. Works great and helps me automate my home! Love it! App allows me to set schedules and triggers for my portable air conditioner.
4 stars: I've been having the same issue as others. I get an error message and it won't let me get in until I uninstall and reinstall the app. This has only started happening since the last software update. Please fix it quick. Update: the app has been working great now for a week. I don't remember updating but I guess they fixed it. Other than this little bug the app is easy to use and set up.
4 stars: Wasn't sure about this app at first - with the lightstrip I had a bit of a lag in the beginning, but I suspect maybe it was my wifi now. Love the app. Personally found it intuitive, however for some reason it thinks there's an unexpected character in outlet one when I try to rename the outlets on the powerbar. Other than that - great, intuitive and quick responding.
3 stars: Works... Kinda. The app does in fact work, but if I had any suggestions it would be to add an option to control a whole room at once, instead of having to individually change each light. Another thing I've noticed is while using with Google assistant, it has a hard time connecting to the bulbs. 75% of the time, one or more (of 5) bulbs
