3 stars: The app is a bit glitchy. Items kept disappearing from my cart not allowing me to come back and purchase on a later date. When I tried to checkout, the payment did not process for quite some time. Eventually it worked in third attempt and I was able to place my order. The size chart while picking out an item is quite confusing especially if you are purchasing coats/jackets and blazers.
2 stars: I love h&m for my basics, but this app is glitchy as hell. When I delete things from the cart and refresh the page they reappear. Then when I add things to the cart and go to check the total, they aren't there. Super strange. Thought it was just a bad connection one day, but it's a constant issue. Oh well!
