5 stars: Grab driver app is very useful but as of the latest Grab app map there are some delay and confusing mapping. I hope in future it should be fix correctly without any confusing details and re routing. Way to go, Grab on!
4 stars: (As of app version 5.247.0) I used to have a 2GB RAM phone just for driving, only a few relevant apps installed. Even with just this app and Waze running, it crashes quite often. It already was showing signs of
3 stars: After updated no more column for other payment. When got extra charge no way to insert. Further more, everytime arrived klia1 Lev 1 door 4 can't press arrived. Always like this ... Pls improve faster. Yes, option for cancelation needs to be improved too, few times no option such as passenger no show altho in the correct pick up location.
2 stars: Grab map is terribly getting bad to worse. Always suggest impossible routes such as 1. longer distance even though the destination is 100m away. 2. Pick up location is more than 10 mins. 3. Most passengers are unaware of restricted pickup point such as Taxi Stand, bus lane or bus stops. 4. Justification of the drivers need further improvement. Hope Grab will sincerely assist to improve the drivers' welfare.
2 stars: Apps is slow, always make driver do U-turns or re-navigate to rider's location. In-coming ride booking blocks current navigation. Too many repeatative confirmation buttons. Does not inform drivers the number of luggages rider has. Current app still has too ...
