3 stars: The app doesn't offer an option to see bike availability on map and gives address list instead, which is a major weakness especially nowadays in 2022 when all others (taxis, delivery services, banks etc.) do have map view enabled... overall service is good except for this.
2 stars: Terrible app. Not user friendly, lags, unclear - choosing tariff feels like flying blind..
2 stars: Not enough warning that you need to pre-book the return slot. Saddle locked with security torx in extremely uncomfortable position. Bike was way slower than my friends Brompton, loads of resistance in the front wheel or drivetrain
