5 stars: I love this game. Some hotels/levels can take a while to get through, but that goes for any game. I accidentally saved old progress over my recent position. I reached out to customer service and within an hour they were able to put me back to my most recent hotel. Great customer service! I'm addicted and always look forward to the next hotels.
5 stars: Hands down the most enjoyable example of this game genre I have found. It was a perfect balance between challenging and casual. (and the hotels are supercute) The new options that were added a few months ago didn't hit the spot for me. Have hardly been back on since. Nevertheless, no hesitation in sharing 5-stars from this long-time happy customer. Thank you!

4 stars: Great game but level 37 in the second hotel isn't working properly. It isn't recognizing all the smiles so you can't pass it. Have tried multiple times with my customers all giving smiles and I never get past 9/10. Please see if you can fix the glitch. Same problem with 2nd hotel level 59. Missing smiles. Thanks for fixing the other glitch so quickly. Look forward to playing the next levels.
3 stars: Fun game. I like that you don't have to put money into it to continue playing (unless you want to upgrade faster). Downside, if you don't have boosters, you can get stuck on levels endlessly and there's just not enough time or too many demands to satisfy the end goal. Also, the pop up asking...
