4 stars: it's a good app. it can become quite expensive at times because of the automatic tip fees, and delivery fee. but I always tip more then basic. great and easy app to use. love it. just be prepared. food usually arrives hot as if it was just made. but sometimes you get less then you hoped for. it can happen. otherwise. 4 out of 5. the drivers are usually always polite and loving.
4 stars: great app in general, actually the only issue is inconsistency and unreliability in terms of the dasher. however you are making the choice to have a random person pick up and deliver your food with little repercussion on their part if they mess up. but as long as you know this it's entirely on you for deciding to order in the first place knowing its unreliable.
3 stars: The fact that I'm tipping before I even receive a service is annoying enough. The fact that the default suggestion for the tip on the order I just placed (just three items from a mid-range restaurant) was 27% is extremely obnoxious. Also, I've experienced several instances where I've tried to order something and the app tells me that the restaurant is closed, but I can still place an order through other delivery apps.
