5 stars: One of the best interactive fiction games I've played in a long time. The stat checks made me actually think about what kind of protagonist I'm building instead of just choosing on a whim (as I usually do) without detracting too much from the flow of the story. Enjoyable writing, enjoyable characters, a feeling of real stakes, all wrapped in a charmingly cheesy spy drama - sign me up. Eagerly awaiting a sequel.
4 stars: Really enjoyed this story! The STAT checks can be a little hard, but once you figure them out it's quite fun. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes
