5 stars: Overall experience was amazing. There was quick response to all needs and questions. Staff is very supportive and ready to help. On technical side, using of app, regular communication by SMS was prompt. There was no deviation from the quotation I received and things were explained properly.
5 stars: Was on the lookout for a well kept last gen creta as the new one looks outright ugly to me. I found a great looking 2017 sx(o) model with just 39k kms and purchased after a satisfactory test drive. I must say that the choice of cars on this app is next level!
3 stars: The app is good.interface is very intuitive. But if you are selling a car don't trust the initial estimate given on the app as after inspection they will lower the final offer price substantially (by 3 lakhs in my case). initial estimate is only to hook you in( my opinion).classic Bait and switch tactic.
