2 stars: It doesn't work off-line. After downloading videos they appear in the offline page but after a short time they disappear. However, if you download another video, all the missing ones reappear (for a short time). Also, it needs internet to watch offline (when they do appear).
2 stars: This App when running is 5* but the current update has rendered it useless to me. Uploading videos just hangs at the very first point with upload pending. I'm not sure if it is a bug relating to the rights to upload statement or not. For accessing content already on Stream it seems fine and is really useful for doing this on a mobile device.
