3 stars: The app is great for ordering for grocery pick up. Not so great for regular online ordering. too many layers/filters to go through. Hard to find clothing, i have noticed. Sometimes I have to type an item instead of being able to find through the default drop downs. But i love walmart and always keep coming back!
2 stars: This app WAS awesome. So handy and easy to use. Then everything changed in roughly August 2022. It's glitchy, keeps saying there are technical difficulties, won't load, search doesn't work, etc. etc. More than once I've tried to order our weekly groceries and couldn't. It wouldn't work for days. So we shopped at a different store. I keep seeing them talk about the new and improved experience. The only thing new is that it is unreliable.
