5 stars: I would like grab to count double location as 2 trips.As I'm working very hard for long hours just to hit the incentive criteria. I would urge grab to take a look at this matter. I would like to appreciate the grab customer service who spoke to me politely and for understanding my situation.
5 stars: Smooth first time experience. Suggest box / page to enter toll and additional charges change color to other than grey :( Because grey means 'disabled' cannot input. Some confusion there. Sorry am x-programmer. Box change to white color.
4 stars: Should have widget for quest incentive when we are at the order page. So that we will try our best to hit the target. Currently have to offline and finished the order then able to check what is the numbers that have done. Wish it can display like a task for us see it even don't have to offline.

2 stars: Apps is slow, always make driver do U-turns or re-navigate to rider's location. In-coming ride booking blocks current navigation. Too many repeatative confirmation buttons. Does not inform drivers the number of luggages rider has. Current app still has too many pages to scroll. Insfficient feedback options on riders, such as talking too loud (phone)
