4 stars: The show was extremely great except the seats were very bad and I wasn't able to enjoy the show or even see the characters faces! I used Tix in the past and was able to get good seats but the last two times I've had really horrible seats. Unfortunate!!
3 stars: Amendment: last few times I have used this app it is causing my phone to overheat considerably. This doesn't happen with any other app. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20. It's a very powerful device. Why is the app causing this. I may have to uninstall. Really fabulous app. Loved all the reminders and no fuss about collecting tickets
3 stars: Frustratingly slow. I don't know if there was a lag because other winners were trying to claim lottery tickets or not...but lost tickets because time ran out. Fortunately, I was able to get tickets with the second win. It too took a while for the purchase to go thru. Had to exit and reload a couple of times to successfully make purchase. Not the same problem with outright purchase. Love the discount tickets!!
2 stars: Constantly displays false pricing. It'll tell you that tickets start at £25 and once you click on it, there are no options/times in that range. If you do buy rush tickets, you don't get to pick your seats, they're randomly assigned. I've also found that most times the tickets are cheaper from the theatre. So I'm not really sure what the point of this app is....
