5 stars: It worked great from my samsung 9+. I printed two different documents back to back with no issues. Something has changed. The printer doesn't connect to the wireless the phone doesn't connect to the printer. The app wants me to sign in but freezes up. Asking me to sign in to windows. I just want to print a form from my phone.
4 stars: I love having this app, aside from the issue of anytime the power goes out or the printer gets unplugged, I have to go through the entire setup process again. At one point the printer
4 stars: The usability is great. Finding everything is awesome. Figuring out how to use the app was quick and easy. However, the remote printer function tends to not find the printer quickly and or easily. Not sure if it's the app or something else. Have also discovered that it logs out of HP account if not used regularly.

2 stars: It's a bit frustrating that I have to have 2 apps forninstal and use , and that I have to log in every time I open the app even if it's only few mins between prints ... Very frustrating , also didn't allow me to preview documents before printing was so small But the layout is easy to use and readable ,
