5 stars: Great app for availing a wide range of common home-related services 👍👍👍 ... very useful. Wonderful, well-designed interface makes it easy to use, appointment booking to order completion is very well handled. Most importantly, the staff employed by UC are very nice people .... punctual, polite and thoroughly professional ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
4 stars: There is only a chat system in the customer support section of UC app. What if our reason is not listed and there are some other issues which need to be taken care of? In that case, we do need a call system as well to get our issues sorted. Also, it saves time.
3 stars: I have taken bathroom cleaning services from UC and the service was above average but not excellent. The options are very few. There is no flexibility. They can actually ask for pictures of areas to be cleaned as per our requirements and then give quotations. That would be better. This app is not suitable for indipendent houses. Only suitable for modern apartments.
3 stars: There is no option available to reach the customer service unless you have an issue with an existing booking . Writing an email for such problems to the help address, is also not responded to in a helpful way. There have been changes in some packages offlate which doesn't give an option to plan continued services. Please add a customer service number for clearing out queries for app users.
