3 stars: TappCar Hit or miss - Sometimes the app works great and I get a ride booked right away. Sometimes it continually fails to find a driver, or they confirm the ride but it fails 5-10 minutes later and I'm no longer booked. Definitely still feels like some bugs to work out of the system.
2 stars: TappCar apk download Going back to Uber - I had 2 occasions where I had to get out of the car because the driver didn't have a debit machine for my preferred method of payment. Both instances the driver had forgotten the machine at home. I was then charged a no show fee.
