4 stars: Great app, except when it keeps logging me out. I am on AA 4 legs a week and it's annoying having to log back in every so many days. Would be nice if a biometric feature is included, instead of having to login with a password every so many days. Logging in wouldn't annoy me, if I could just press my fingerprint instead of typing in my password all the time.
4 stars: Overall helpful and informative. I had to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work properly, but once I did that, it worked pretty well. Could be clearer explaining access to in-flight Wi-Fi and entertainment.

2 stars: The app is not bad. Airline is horrible. Constant delays. Worst customer service. 2+ hour hold times to fix their problems. Signed up for credit card offer advertised on plane as worth 2 round trio tickets within US after using one time. Tried to redeem for 1 flight and was informed that I would need an additional $1000 to qualify. The purchase price was only $600ish on its own. Will go out of my way to avoid AA in the future.
2 stars: Works fine, except if your flights canceled or you want to watch in-flight movies or if you need to make changes from alerts they send. Basically all it is good for is a mobile boarding pass, as long as your flight doesn't change. Takes forever to update information.
