4 stars: it is working fine now. had many issues in the past. Now the login and purchase is easy. 4 stars because the system not allowing foreign bank card transactions.
4 stars: still slow between page/feature transition. and i even located in central jakarta. either the apps needs a tweak, or tsel internet service that i was using werent reliable.
3 stars: I have no idea why but sometimes my pulsa would disappear on its own and recently, when I tried to buy kuota, the kuota wasn't given to me although the transaction already succeeded.
4 stars: still bugging, make lagging when open some feature, overall is good, the latest UI very clear and easy to use.
