4 stars: Just downloaded the app. The first screen that appears when you start download requesting you select preferred payment option can be skipped. App downloaded without issue after that. Since opened the outage map a couple times to see how well it works. So far so good. Will be interestimg to see how well it works when i do need it. Here's hoping....
5 stars: I love this app, better than trying to reach hydro on a phone line. I can check the outage map first before having to make the call. So far every time our power has gone out our location is on the map and it let's us know the status of repair and approx. time the outage will last.
5 stars: I've always had great luck with this app except for disappearing from my phone recently (probably a phone upgrade). Just reinstalled and it worked perfectly for today's power outage.
4 stars: Works fine, though might take a while for the map to update. Does what it says, it's not meant to be for paying your account, it's for checking outages.
3 stars: Cant view bill's on the app. When I click on a bill it starts loading but stops and nothing happens.
5 stars: Worked very well. Easily located my outage, how widespread, status and estimated record time.
