4 stars: Works OK within my house. Sometimes I've had to walk thru house until i get close enough for it to work. It has surely paid for itself on more than occasion when I've found keys that had fallen to the back of a dark closet for example. Saved me hours of searching. I've got the least expensive type of tile. The sound is sometimes not very loud. Other times it's louder. I suspect it just depends on the battery condition.
3 stars: Just got it set up, it's a neat concept, but the find phone feature has a crippling flaw, the app needs to be open for it to ring your phone. Being as you can never know when you'll misplace your phone, you would need to have it open 24/7. I'm certain Android has the ability to run the app fully in the background without having the app show up in the 'recent' screen.

4 stars: The app can be frustrating at times but over all has helped me out many times. I have the most problems with slim style tiles and as result will not be getting those ones again. Customer service are amazing and warranty replace tiles with little to no effort on your part. Update - I love to be able to add more than one address for smart alerts. Home and work kinda thing
