5 stars: Been using this app for almost 4 years and my experience has been good. costumer service, is quick to respond to my complaints and cancellation has been so easy i never had problems with it so far, hotel price \u00ecs cheaper than in another apps. they also have vouchers which you can used for even lower prices and my membership has upgraded to platinum status which means more discounts and savings.
