3 stars: Fantastic system when it works, but it can be buggy and unreliable. Best to have a backup Bluetooth system in case. Support can be unrialble too. My last support call was unable to connect my system and after an extensive call, the call dropped and he never called me back. Can't say I'd recommend this product.
4 stars: Something has gone wrong with recent updates to the app. I keep having issues connecting to my Spotify/Amazon Music and this has been going on for a few weeks now. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon as I can see from the comments that others are facing a similar issue. Edit (Jan 2022): Connection issue has been fixed.
3 stars: Has potential to be useful. If playing Amazon music for example you will want to be in Amazon app(their search is better), then flip over to sonos to increase volume etc. Flip back to Amazon to select next track.. It's a bit tedious but works...handy if you just want to hit play once and then control volume, or what room to play to etc
